Community Guidelines
DaakDen works when businesses and creators treat each other professionally. These guidelines sit alongside the Terms of Service.
Be honest
- Use real identity and business details.
- Do not fake social stats, portfolios, or verification documents.
- Write accurate job briefs, hire offers, and realistic delivery commitments.
Keep money on-platform
- Pay campaign amounts to DaakDen, not to personal wallets “to skip escrow.”
- Do not pressure the other party to move the deal off DaakDen to avoid fees or review.
- Asking to pay or work outside DaakDen in chat can be blocked and may lead to account action.
Messaging and contact sharing
- Use campaign chat for work coordination. Prefer English or Bangla that stays on-topic.
- Until escrow is verified, sharing phones, emails, WhatsApp/Telegram/IMO links, or similar contact details may be blocked.
- After escrow is secured, contact sharing may still be hidden in chat, flagged for admin review, and counted as a strike.
- Repeated off-platform chat strikes can warn your account; further strikes can restrict access.
- Do not use creative spelling only to evade filters; reports and admin review still apply.
Respectful collaboration
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content in jobs, hire offers, messages, deliverables, or reviews.
- Keep scope changes explicit; use revisions within the agreed limit or discuss via campaign chat.
- Reviews should reflect the collaboration, not personal attacks.
Legal content only
- No jobs or deliverables that promote illegal products/services, scams, or clear IP theft.
- Follow platform rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for posts you publish.
Privacy
- Do not share another user’s verification documents, private contact details, or chat outside what the campaign requires.
- Creators: expect handles to stay hidden from businesses until escrow is secured; do not demand handle exchange as a condition of bidding unless you choose to share after escrow.
Enforcement
We may warn, hide or block messages, add moderation strikes, limit features, reject verification, cancel campaigns, restrict, or suspend accounts when guidelines are broken. Serious or repeated abuse - including hate speech or fee circumvention - can lead to permanent bans.
Report problems
Use in-product dispute tools where available, or email support.daakden@gmail.com for safety issues. Admins also review flagged campaign chat in the moderation queue.
