DaakDen guides
Practical walkthroughs for businesses and creators: setup, hiring, bidding, escrow, verification, and closing a campaign. For the visual workflow, see How it works.
Section 01
Get started
Create an account, pick your role, and finish onboarding before you post, bid, or hire.
- 01
Create an account
You need an email you can open. Pick Business or Creator carefully - you cannot switch roles on the same account later.
- Go to Create account and enter your email and password.
- Open the confirmation email from DaakDen and click the link.
- Choose Business or Creator when asked.
- You will be sent into onboarding for that role.
- 02
Finish onboarding
Onboarding is a short wizard. Complete every required step, then your dashboard opens.
- Follow each screen in order (name, location, photo, and so on).
- No ID documents are required. Creators get a Verified badge when their social stats are verified; businesses get theirs when they post their first job.
- When you finish, check the Setup checklist on your dashboard for anything still missing.
- 03
Sign in later
Use the same email every time you return.
- Open Sign in and enter your email and password.
- If you forget your password, use Reset password on the login screen and follow the email link.
Section 02
Businesses · Set up your brand
Do these in order: brand details, payment account, then credits. Your first job post is free with the welcome credit; extra posts need a credit pack.
- 01
Add your brand photo
This photo shows on your brand directory card and in messages.
- Open Dashboard → Settings.
- Under Brand photo, choose an image (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5 MB).
- Click Upload and wait until it finishes.
- 02
Complete business details
Creators use this to decide if your brief fits them.
- In Settings, open the business profile form.
- Confirm business name, category, and location.
- Add a short description and website if you have one.
- Save the form.
- 03
Add a payment account
Used when you fund campaigns through DaakDen (Bangladesh locations).
- In Settings, open the payment account section.
- Choose either bank account or mobile banking (bKash / Nagad) - you only need one.
- Enter the account details carefully and save.
- 04
Buy credits
Use credits to publish jobs (job credit) or unlock more bids after the free first 5 (bid unlock). Credits are separate from campaign escrow.
- Go to Dashboard → Credits.
- Choose a credit pack.
- Pay DaakDen using the instructions on screen.
- Copy your transaction ID and submit it for verification.
- Wait until the pack shows as verified before posting a job.
Section 03
Businesses · Post a job and pick a creator
Use this path when you want several creators to bid on one brief.
- 01
Create and publish a job
Publishing spends 1 credit and opens the job for bids.
- Go to Dashboard → Jobs → Post a job (or New job).
- Write a clear title and brief (what you need, platforms, any must-haves).
- Select platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Set the delivery deadline and any other required fields.
- Review and publish. Confirm you have a credit available.
- 02
Review bids
Compare offers before you select someone.
- Open Dashboard → Bids / Proposals (or the job detail page).
- Check each creator’s price, timeline, and verified follower counts.
- Use campaign or proposal chat on DaakDen if you need to ask a question.
- Do not move the deal to personal chat for payment.
- 03
Hire one or more creators
Each hire starts its own payment window for escrow.
- Choose the bid you want and confirm the hire. To hire several creators, select them all and confirm once.
- Your job post covers the first hire. Each extra creator you hire from the same job costs 1 credit.
- Hiring closes the job: it leaves the job board, the other bids are declined, and the work moves to Campaigns.
- You will get a limited time (about 48 hours) to pay DaakDen for each hire. While any payment is past its deadline, you cannot hire anyone else or send hire offers.
- If payment is still missing 24 hours after that window, that hire is cancelled automatically, the creator is emailed, the credit is not refunded, and a warning is added to your account.
Section 04
Businesses · Hire a creator directly
Use this when you already know who you want from Find Creators.
- 01
Find a creator
Active creators with a finished profile appear here. Look for the Verified badge if ID matters to you.
- Open Find Creators.
- Filter by category, location, or rating if needed.
- Open a profile to read bio, categories, and social presence (follower counts - handles stay private until escrow).
- 02
Send a hire offer
The creator can accept or decline.
- On the creator profile, start a hire offer (signed-in businesses only).
- Write requirements, budget (BDT), and delivery days.
- Send the offer and wait for a response in Dashboard → Offers.
- 03
Pay after they accept
Same escrow rules as a job campaign.
- When the creator accepts, open the campaign payment screen.
- Pay DaakDen and submit your transaction ID.
- Do not ask the creator to start until payment is verified.
Section 05
Businesses · Pay, review, and close
Escrow path: pay DaakDen → creator delivers → you approve → DaakDen pays the creator.
- 01
Pay into escrow
Creators only start after DaakDen verifies your transfer.
- Open the campaign → Payment.
- Pay the full campaign amount using the method shown (never pay the creator directly).
- Enter the exact transaction ID and submit.
- Wait for status to move from awaiting verification to verified / active.
- 02
Track work in the campaign workspace
Keep chat and files on DaakDen so escrow protection stays valid.
- Open Dashboard → Campaigns and select the campaign.
- Use Chat for questions and feedback.
- Watch the Deliverables tab for files or live post links.
- 03
Approve delivery or request a revision
If you do nothing for 48 hours after submission, delivery can auto-approve.
- Open Deliverables when the creator submits work.
- If it matches the brief, click Approve.
- If it needs fixes, request a revision within the agreed limit and explain what to change.
- After approval, DaakDen prepares the creator payout (you do not send that money yourself).
- 04
Open a dispute if something is wrong
Use this for failed delivery or work that clearly misses the brief.
- Open the campaign → Dispute tab.
- Choose the closest reason and describe what happened (at least 20 characters).
- Confirm. Work and payout pause while DaakDen reviews.
Section 06
Creators · Set up your profile
Do these one by one in Settings and Portfolio. You need payout details before you can get paid.
- 01
Add a profile photo
Businesses see this on your bids and public profile.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings.
- Under Profile photo, choose a clear face or brand image (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5 MB).
- Click Upload and wait for success.
- 02
Add a cover photo
Shows across the top of your public creator page.
- Still in Settings, open Cover photo.
- Upload a wide image (about 1600×500 px works well).
- Keep important faces or text near the center so mobile crop does not cut them off.
- Upload, then check your public profile if you want to preview.
- 03
Write your bio and pick categories
This is how businesses decide if you fit the brief.
- In Settings, open your profile / bio form.
- Write a short bio about the content you make and who you reach.
- Select one or more categories (for example Food, Fashion, Travel).
- Confirm location and availability, then save.
- 04
Add social platforms
Add at least one channel with a real profile link and follower count.
- In Settings, open Social platforms.
- For each channel you use (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), paste your profile URL or handle.
- Enter your current follower count for that channel.
- Save the platforms.
- 05
Submit social stats for review
Businesses only see verified follower numbers on bids and discovery.
- After platforms are saved, click Submit for verification (or the equivalent button on that form).
- Wait for status Pending → Verified (usually 1–2 business days).
- If a platform is rejected, read the admin note, fix the link or count, and submit again.
- 06
Add portfolio / showcase work
Helps businesses see your style before they hire.
- Go to Dashboard → Portfolio.
- Add a showcase video link (YouTube) if you have one.
- Upload portfolio photos if available.
- Save, then open your public profile to confirm it looks right.
- 07
Add your payout account
Required before DaakDen can send earnings (Bangladesh).
- In Settings, open Payout / transaction account.
- Choose bank or mobile banking (bKash / Nagad) - only one is required.
- Enter details exactly as they appear on your account, then save.
- 08
Get the Verified badge
Earned automatically when DaakDen verifies your social stats. Not needed to bid or get hired.
- In Settings, add your social profile links and follower counts.
- Submit them for review.
- Once verified, the Verified badge shows on your profile and bids.
- If a platform is rejected, fix the note and resubmit.
Section 07
Creators · Bid, deliver, and get paid
Never start work until escrow payment is verified on DaakDen.
- 01
Find a job and send a bid
Any creator with a finished, Active profile can bid.
- Open Find Jobs and filter by category or location if needed.
- Open a job, read the brief, platforms, and deadline.
- Submit a bid with your price (BDT) and delivery timeline.
- Wait for the business to select a creator - you will get a notification if chosen.
- 02
Respond to hire offers
Businesses can also send you a direct offer from Find Creators.
- Open Dashboard → Offers.
- Read requirements, budget, and delivery days.
- Accept or decline. If you accept, wait for the business to pay escrow before starting.
- 03
Wait for escrow, then start
Starting before verification is at your own risk and outside DaakDen protection.
- Open Dashboard → Campaigns.
- Check payment status until it shows verified / active.
- Only then begin the work described in the brief.
- 04
Submit deliverables on time
Use the campaign workspace so the business and DaakDen can track delivery.
- Open the campaign → Deliverables.
- Upload files and/or paste live post links as required.
- Submit before the deadline.
- Use Chat if you need clarification - stay on DaakDen.
- 05
Get paid after approval
DaakDen pays you after the business approves (or after auto-approve). Service fee is tiered: 10% up to ৳20k, 8% up to ৳50k, 6% above, plus payout processing (৳10 bKash/Nagad or 0.85% bank). Your first completed campaign has no service fee—only payout processing applies.
- Wait for delivery approval (or 48-hour auto-approve if the business does not respond).
- Admin sends your payout to the account in Settings.
- Check Dashboard → Payments for status.
- 06
Open a dispute if needed
Use this if payment is unfairly withheld after agreed delivery.
- Open the campaign → Dispute.
- Pick a reason (for example payment refused) and describe what happened.
- Submit. Payout pauses while DaakDen reviews both sides.
Section 08
Money & escrow
Two different money flows: credits (to post jobs and unlock extra bids) and campaign escrow (to fund work).
- 01
Understand credits vs escrow
Do not mix them up.
- Credits: bought by businesses - 1 credit to post an open job, 1 credit to send a direct hire offer (returned if the creator declines or doesn't reply in 72 hours), or 1 credit to unlock the next 5 bids on a job after the free first 5 (bid unlock).
- Escrow: the campaign budget paid after a creator is selected or a hire offer is accepted.
- Paying escrow does not use credits, and buying credits does not fund a campaign.
- 02
How escrow protects both sides
Money sits with DaakDen until delivery is approved.
- Business pays DaakDen and submits TrxID.
- Admin verifies the transfer → creator may start.
- After approval, DaakDen pays the creator (minus tiered service fee: 10% up to ৳20k / 8% up to ৳50k / 6% above, plus payout processing).
- If nothing is delivered by the deadline, escrow can be reimbursed to the business after review.
- 03
Never pay off-platform
Direct business-to-creator payment for a DaakDen job voids marketplace protection.
- Do not send bKash/Nagad/bank transfers to the other party for campaign work.
- Do not share personal payment numbers to bypass DaakDen.
- Report anyone who asks you to pay outside the platform.
Section 09
Verification
Admin review keeps fake profiles and inflated stats out of the marketplace.
- 01
Social stats review
No ID documents are needed. Only verified counts show to businesses, and verified stats earn the creator a Verified badge. Businesses are verified automatically after posting their first job.
- Save platform links and follower numbers first.
- Submit for review from Settings.
- Admin may approve or reject each platform separately.
- 02
How long it takes
Most reviews finish in 1–2 business days.
- Watch Settings status and your notification bell.
- You also get an email when your social stats are approved or rejected.
Section 10
Messages, reviews & safety
Keep deals on DaakDen. Reviews build reputation for the next campaign.
- 01
Use campaign chat
Everything important should stay in the campaign thread.
- Open the campaign → Chat.
- Ask brief questions, share feedback, and keep dates written down.
- Do not move payment talks to WhatsApp or personal Instagram DMs.
- 02
Leave a review after the campaign
Both sides can rate after payout completes.
- Open the completed campaign or Reviews area.
- Leave an honest rating and short comment.
- Reviews help the next business or creator trust you.
- 03
If something feels unsafe
Use disputes for campaign problems; use support for account abuse.
- Campaign issue → Dispute tab on that campaign.
- Harassment, fraud, or account problems → contact support and read Community guidelines.
Still stuck?
Read the money rules, community standards, or contact support if something is unclear.
